This is the story of two people who fall in love. And above all the ups and downs and years of pure dedication, they finally get their own Fairy tale wedding!
This is The Wedding day of Laura & Herschel..
Beautiful Resora Plantation, a gem hidden in Albany, Georgia. The sun rays delightfully warmed the cool crisp October day. Words can not describe how beautiful Resora is and Laura’s wedding decorations just made it sparkle! From the programs to the chairs and flowers. Everything was perfect. Laura’s wedding gown was classic and elegant. Her shoes had the perfect amount of sparkle to match her dress. The ivory satin gown flowed beautifully as I photographed it under a glorious chandelier. Laura’s bouquet was the perfect shade of red to match her velvety red lipstick. As she looked in the mirror to see the final look, everyone gathered around to witness how radiant she was.
Across the field was a wooden cabin, where the guys were getting ready. Far enough to make sure Laura and Herschel didn’t run into each other. Herschel was wedding ready! Laura gifted Herschel a gorgeous pair black leather Christian Louboutin that perfectly complimented his bow tie and socks 🙂 . Among his things we found Herschel’s wedding gift to Laura. A timeless Rolex watch. Herschel seemed calm and a bit nervous, but it never showed in front of the camera. I was able to capture some pretty handsome shots of him.
As the events unfolded, I capture an amazing smile of Laura’s dad as he first saw his little girl all dolled up. I witness how Laura flourished in front of my lens as I captured some gorgeous bridals shot of her. She had this glow about her, calm, cool and collected. As we moved on to the ceremony site, the bridal party marched down the isle and the flower girls and ring bearer made way for Laura to make her entrance. And there she was, glowing in the sunrays, Dezlyn, Her son and her father looked so proud as they walked her down the isle. As Dezlyn and his grandfather walked back to their seats after giving Laura away, tears rolled down the cheeks. It was THE most sweetest moments I have ever seen. Laura and Herchel’s ceremony was short and sweet. And before we knew it, they were official Mr. & Mrs. Edwards! The day was followed by a gorgeous sun set, perfect for Laura and Herschel’s pictures. The sun rays perfectly kissed the both of them, making me scream and shout inside and I photographed them. The reception area was perfectly decorated with red roses everywhere, white hydrangeas and touched of gold everywhere. The food was amazing, a perfect blend of Latin and Soul food. The night followed by tear jerking toast by best friends and family members. The reveal of Laura’s wedding gift was perfect and the night perfectly ended with lots of dancing on the dance floor. Laura and Herschel, CONGRATULATIONS!!!
